About Pamela Lynne
Pamela Lynne is a Nationally Certified Massage Practitioner and former instructor of massage therapy. She founded the Glad Hearts Wellness Community, LLC, in May of 2002, located in Frederick, Maryland where safe, compassionate touch is delivered through a wide range of bodywork methods. Including, but not limited to the following:
- Swedish/relaxation massage
- Deep tissue massage
- Basic craniosacral techniques
- Special needs
- Pre & Post natal massage
- Bioenergetics
- Various Myofascial release techniques
- Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation

She will also incorporate energetic methods, upon request, including but not limited to the following:

Pamela has in recent years added independent nutraceutical consultation to her repertoire. “I believe a person should be treated as a “whole” person. Body, mind and spirit. Often times pieces of an individual are neglected compelling the body to continue creating imbalance. I do my level best to encourage a complete return to balance and sense of well-being.”
Pamela considers success to be efficient and consistent results. We get results, whether clients see Pamela or one of our associates, who have been trained by Pamela, herself.
